Our orders are delivered by Evri and we offer the following delivery options:

• Evri Standard - £3.85  -  FREE when you spend over £25!
• Evri Next Day - £4.99

Orders to Northern Ireland, Islands and the Scottish Highlands incur a £3 extra charge.

• Evri Standard - £6.85  
• Evri Next Day - £7.99

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. 

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Permabloom. Because of this we have a 30 day 'no quibble' return policy. This means you can return any return any item up to 30 days after receiving the item from us and we will refund the cost of the returned goods. You can return goods for any reason, even if the colour doesn't match your home décor! We do not cover the cost of sending goods back to us, this is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us straight away. All orders are sent the next working day so you will need to contact us before the start of the next working day .
